YL202 for advanced solid tumors

Who can take part

  • You have an advanced solid tumor such as non-small cell lung cancer, breast cancer, head/neck cancer, colorectal, stomach, cervical, or ovarian cancer.
  • You are between 18 and 75 years old.
  • You have not been treated with a drug that targets HER3 or with a CAR-T therapy before.
  • You can provide a sample of your tumor (from a previous biopsy or surgery).
  • Your cancer has not spread to the brain or the lining around the brain and spinal cord.
  • You are willing to use effective birth control during the study and for 6 months after the last dose.
