Who can take part
- You have an advanced solid tumor such as non-small cell lung cancer, breast cancer, head/neck cancer, colorectal, stomach, cervical, or ovarian cancer.
- You are between 18 and 75 years old.
- You have not been treated with a drug that targets HER3 or with a CAR-T therapy before.
- You can provide a sample of your tumor (from a previous biopsy or surgery).
- Your cancer has not spread to the brain or the lining around the brain and spinal cord.
- You are willing to use effective birth control during the study and for 6 months after the last dose.
