Who can take part
- Your cancer has already been treated with standard first-line therapy and is now advanced, returning, spreading, or growing—and cannot be removed with surgery
- Your tumor tissue must test positive for GD2 and/or CD56 using a lab stain test (immunohistochemistry) or flow cytometry
- You must be 1 to 75 years old, and weigh at least 10 kg
- You should be well enough for treatment: expected survival of at least 8 weeks, and an activity score (Karnofsky/Jansky) of 60% or higher
- Your heart, lungs, liver, and kidneys must meet specific limits, including oxygen level at least 90% on room air and adequate blood counts
- You must be able to follow the study rules and sign consent (and assent if a child)
