- You are currently pregnant with one baby (singleton) and the loss happened before 20 weeks
- You have had one or more prior pregnancy losses
- Genetic testing shows the current pregnancy is euploid, meaning the chromosome makeup is typical
- You do not have certain known medical causes of miscarriage (such as antiphospholipid syndrome or specific autoimmune diseases)
- You do not have uncontrolled diabetes or uncontrolled thyroid disease
