Who can take part

  • You are 18 to 45 years old
  • You have had either: three consecutive pregnancy losses (after natural conception), or three consecutive losses after fertility treatment (IVF/ICSI/FET), or three failed embryo transfers with no pregnancy using good-quality embryos
  • You can have a blood sample taken when you are not more than 9 weeks pregnant (at the time of blood draw)
  • You should not have major uterine shape problems or known uterine lining diseases (like endometriosis inside the uterus, adenomyosis, abnormal thickening, or polyps)
  • You should not have known chromosome (genetic) abnormalities
  • Your AMH level is usually expected to be at least 4.0 pmol/L unless you used donor eggs in earlier cycles
