Who can take part

  • You’re 18–65 years old and willing to sign consent and follow the study plan
  • You have stage II–III stomach adenocarcinoma confirmed by scans/endoscopy/biopsy
  • You have not had stomach cancer surgery, chemotherapy, or immunotherapy before
  • Your main body organs are working well, and you don’t have a serious infection that needs antibiotics
  • You can get CT and MRI scans (no medical reasons you can’t, and the images can be read)
  • You’re healthy enough for activity for the study (ECOG score 0–2), and you plan chemo + immunotherapy before surgery
