- You are 18 years or older
- You have been diagnosed with adenocarcinoma of the stomach or the area where the stomach meets the esophagus (and the tumor is a certain type that doesn't require opening the chest for surgery)
- Surgery is planned after you complete your neoadjuvant (pre-surgery) treatment
- You are able to use a smartphone or wearable device, either by yourself or with help from a family member
- You do not have distant spread of the cancer, severe heart, liver, or kidney problems, or other serious health conditions that would make this program unsafe
