Who can take part

  • You have advanced solid cancer that cannot be removed with surgery (non-resectable).
  • Your tumor test shows an RET gene change (RET fusion/rearrangement or mutation that is not a silent or non-working change).
  • Your health and daily functioning are good enough (ECOG 0–2).
  • You can have blood and organ tests within safe ranges (bone marrow, liver, and kidneys).
  • You can provide tumor tissue (archived tumor sample or a new biopsy) for testing.
  • You’re able to take part for at least 12 weeks and, if you can get pregnant, you have a negative pregnancy test.
