Who can take part

  • You’re an adult (as defined by your local region’s rules).
  • Your tumor must have a RET gene abnormality (found on biopsy tissue or a blood test).
  • You have advanced or metastatic solid cancer, and at least some measurable tumor (or non-measurable disease the study allows).
  • Your general fitness (“ECOG performance”) must be 0–1 for Phase 1 and 0–2 for Phase 2.
  • Your liver, kidney, and blood counts must be adequate based on blood tests.
  • If you have brain or covering-of-the-brain (“leptomeningeal”) metastases, you must be symptom-free and stable on medicines for at least 7 days (or already treated and stable).
