Who can take part
- Your BMI is between 18 and 40
- Your “worst” knee osteoarthritis is mild to moderate (Kellgren-Lawrence grade 2 or 3)
- Your knee pain is rated 4 to 9 out of 10 right now
- Your knee function for daily activities is above 25 on a 0–100 scale
- You have taken stable pain relief for at least 4 weeks (including NSAIDs, if you use them)
