Who can take part
- You are 18 years or older.
- You have been diagnosed with knee osteoarthritis with changes seen on an X-ray.
- You have had pain in your target knee for more than 3 months and on more than 15 days in the last month.
- You are willing to stop taking pain relievers for 72 hours before certain study visits (except for a small amount of acetaminophen).
- You have not had knee surgery or injections in your target knee in the last 3 months.
