Who can take part
- You agree to join by signing the informed consent form and can attend required study visits.
- You are 18 or older, and your health/strength score (ECOG) is 0 or 1.
- Your cancer is advanced and cannot be removed with surgery, and you have at least one tumor area that can be measured (for some parts).
- Your tumor tissue tests positive for CLDN18.2 (a specific marker on cancer cells), with levels depending on which cancer group you’re in.
- Your organs and blood counts are strong enough for treatment (bone marrow, liver, kidneys, and blood clotting).
- You have enough life expectancy for the study (at least 12 weeks) and must avoid pregnancy; use birth control as instructed.
