Who can take part

  • You must be at least 18 years old.
  • You must have a solid tumor that has spread or cannot be removed by surgery.
  • You need to be in fairly good health (able to do daily activities without help).
  • You must agree to use effective birth control during and for 6 months after the study.
  • You cannot have had certain reactions to similar cancer drugs before.
  • You must have at least one tumor that can be measured on scans.
