- You are well enough overall (KPS score above 80) and expected to live more than 3 months.
- Your hemoglobin is above 80 g/L (not too low).
- You can safely have blood collected for the treatment, with no known problems for collection.
- You do not have active infections that cannot be controlled (bacterial, fungal, or viral).
