Who can take part

  • You have coronary artery disease and had a heart attack (STEMI or NSTEMI) or a heart procedure (angioplasty/PCI) or bypass surgery
  • You are currently starting or already in phase II cardiac rehabilitation (a supervised rehab program for the heart)
  • You can understand the study and give informed consent
  • You do not have unstable or unsafe heart or brain blood flow problems
  • You do not have a new, serious, or active infection that would stop you from safely joining rehab
