Who can take part
- Be 18 or older and able to sign consent and follow study visits and medication schedules
- Have glioblastoma that is IDH-wildtype (confirmed by specific lab testing on tumor tissue)
- Have had 1st or 2nd relapse (the cancer has progressed after prior treatment) and recent MRI confirms progression
- Be healthy enough to tolerate treatment: ability to swallow pills and good general function (KPS at least 70; ECOG 0–1)
- Have enough stored or new tumor tissue from surgery/biopsy, and (if needed) the surgeon can remove at least a 2 cm³ tumor area
- Not be pregnant or breastfeeding, and agree to strong contraception rules during treatment and for months after
