Who can take part

  • You are 18 or older
  • Your glioblastoma has come back or grown despite previous treatment
  • You can care for yourself with some help (Karnofsky score of 60% or higher)
  • Your tumor is in a spot where MRI-guided laser ablation and the Optune device can be used safely
  • You have not taken bevacizumab (Avastin) or certain immunotherapy drugs before
  • You don't have active bleeding in the brain or a condition that requires blood thinners
