Who can take part

  • You’re an adult age 18 or older
  • You have PAH caused by idiopathic, inherited, or related conditions (like connective tissue disease, certain drugs/toxins, or a simple birth heart defect such as an atrial septal defect)
  • Your PAH is mild to moderate right now (WHO functional class I, II, or III), not class IV
  • Your PAH medicines have been stable for 3 months (usually with no more than 1 diuretic change in that time)
  • You can do normal daily activities without being wheelchair/bed-bound and without activity-limiting medical problems (your team must consider this)
  • You can use an activity tracker for your usual activities
