Who can take part
- You are 18 years old or older.
- Your body mass index is between 18.5 and 40, and you weigh 120 kg (about 265 lbs) or less.
- You have a confirmed diagnosis of PAH (WHO Group 1) and are in functional class II to IV, meaning you have symptoms like shortness of breath but are not bedridden.
- You are currently taking at least 2 approved PAH medications and diuretics (water pills) at stable doses.
- You can walk between 150 meters (about 164 yards) and 500 meters (about 547 yards) in 6 minutes.
- You do not have any other type of pulmonary hypertension (like from heart or lung disease), recent major surgery, or serious heart or lung conditions.
