Who can take part

  • You agree to participate by signing consent and allowing medical information to be shared
  • You’re age 18 or older and can read and speak English
  • Your most recent HbA1c (from within the last 30 days) is between 5.7% and 8.9%
  • You can visit a Quest Diagnostic center and follow the program instructions
  • You can use a smartphone and the Viome app
  • You do not use certain diabetes medicines or insulin, and you’re not currently on a special diet for HbA1c/weight
