Who can take part

  • You are pregnant and in your 2nd or 3rd trimester, with gestational diabetes
  • Your pre-pregnancy or early pregnancy BMI was between 18.5 and 45
  • You plan to exclusively breastfeed your baby for at least 3 months and have social support to do so
  • Your pregnancy is a single baby (not twins or more)
  • You can speak and understand English
  • You are not already taking an over-the-counter probiotic during pregnancy or breastfeeding
