  • You have been diagnosed with gestational diabetes at 24 weeks of pregnancy based on a glucose drink test
  • You are between 18 and 50 years old and pregnant with one baby
  • Your baby has been confirmed healthy by ultrasound or other tests
  • You do not have chronic conditions like high blood pressure, diabetes, or kidney disease
  • You have not eaten probiotic foods like yogurt or fermented foods in the last two weeks
  • You are willing to follow the study plan and attend follow-up visits
