Who can take part
- You are between 18 and 70 years old
- Your breast cancer is stage T1c–T4d, and may have lymph node spread in the armpit
- Your tumor is triple-negative (ER and PR negative, and HER2 negative)
- You have a measurable tumor that can be seen on scans within 1 month before randomization
- Your heart strength is good (ejection fraction at least 55%) and your general activity is ECOG 0–1
- You have not had prior immune therapy (anti–PD-1/PD-L1/PD-L2 or other immunotherapy) for this cancer
