Who can take part
- You can sign consent and complete study visits and testing.
- You are a woman age 18 or older with stage III/IV ovarian cancer that did not respond to platinum chemo within 6 months.
- You must have at least one measurable tumor spot on recent scans for the study to track (imaging within 28 days).
- You must be well enough to do treatment (blood counts and organ tests meet the study limits, and your activity level is ECOG 2 or less).
- You must be able to provide tumor tissue (stored past biopsy or a new biopsy).
- You must be free of active infection needing antibiotics and have recovered enough from any recent surgery, radiation, or chemo.
