Prevent resistance to immunotherapy in advanced ovarian cancer

This Phase 2 study tests a combination treatment strategy to help stop metastatic ovarian cancer from becoming resistant to anti–PD-1 immunotherapy. If you qualify, you may be offered treatments designed to improve how long immunotherapy can keep working.

Who can take part

  • You can sign consent and complete study visits and testing.
  • You are a woman age 18 or older with stage III/IV ovarian cancer that did not respond to platinum chemo within 6 months.
  • You must have at least one measurable tumor spot on recent scans for the study to track (imaging within 28 days).
  • You must be well enough to do treatment (blood counts and organ tests meet the study limits, and your activity level is ECOG 2 or less).
  • You must be able to provide tumor tissue (stored past biopsy or a new biopsy).
  • You must be free of active infection needing antibiotics and have recovered enough from any recent surgery, radiation, or chemo.
