Who can take part
- You’re 18 or older and have cancer that has spread to your skin in at least three spots that can be biopsied
- Your cancer doctor plans to treat you with an FDA-approved PD-1 or PD-L1 immune therapy (even if you join the study)
- You can get through the study with good day-to-day function (ECOG 0 to 2)
- You can have the study team take informed consent, and you’re able/willing to sign it
- If you can become pregnant: you’re not pregnant and you’ll use reliable birth control during the study and for 90 days after
