Who can take part
- You have a confirmed cancer that has relapsed or is treatment-resistant (includes certain blood and solid cancers).
- You’re between 12 and 75 years old.
- Your general health/activity level is fairly good (ECOG score less than 2).
- Your cancer has a measurable tumor/spot that can be tracked on scans (bigger than 1 cm).
- You’ve had at least two prior chemotherapy regimens, and you’re off prior treatment for at least 4 weeks (or had stem cell transplant more than 3 months ago).
- Your blood counts and major organ function (kidney, liver, lungs, heart) meet minimum lab limits.
