Who can take part
- You are an adult (18+) and can sign informed consent
- Your health/strength is fairly good (ECOG 0–1; ECOG 2 only if the study doctor approves)
- You have confirmed DLBCL and your cancer has progressed after at least two prior treatments that included an anthracycline and rituximab (or another CD20-targeted drug)
- You cannot (or did not get benefit from) stem cell transplant or CAR-T therapy
- You have at least one measurable tumor area on scans and can provide tumor biopsies before and during treatment
- You are generally healthy enough for study treatment (lab results acceptable) and are expected to live more than 3 months
