This Phase 3 study tests whether giving treatment based on a positive blood test for “minimal cancer signals” (ctDNA) can help people with certain GI cancers stay cancer-free longer. It focuses on people who have finished curative-intent therapy and currently have no visible disease on scans, but their blood test is still positive.

Who can take part

  • You are 18 years or older and can sign consent
  • You have one of these cancers: colon, stomach, pancreas, liver, or bile duct/gallbladder cancer (adenocarcinoma or related type confirmed by lab testing)
  • You finished all curative-intent treatment (surgery and any needed chemo/radiation) and now have no visible cancer on scans and physical exam within the last 28 days
  • Your ctDNA blood test (Signatera) was positive within 28 days before joining, and the test was taken within 1 year of finishing treatment
  • Your health is good enough for study treatment (performance status 0–2) and your bloodwork/organ tests meet required ranges
  • If you can become pregnant or father a child, you must use effective contraception and follow pregnancy/sex and sperm/egg-donation rules during and after treatment
