Who can take part
- You are 18 years old or older and can give written consent
- Your aneurysm needs planned (elective) treatment based on standard guidelines
- Your aneurysm neck size is between 28 and 32 mm, and the neck length is at least 10 mm
- Your blood vessel shape must match the device instructions for the Endurant II/IIs stent graft and Heli-FX EndoAnchor
- You do not have major reasons to avoid the procedure, such as a ruptured or infected aneurysm
- You have enough kidney function (eGFR 30 or higher) and are not pregnant
