Who can take part
- You are older than 18 and can legally consent in writing
- You are scheduled for the primary (first) repair of an abdominal aortic aneurysm in the lower belly area (infrarenal)
- Your scan shows a healthy “sealing zone” near the aneurysm with a certain length and width (about 4–15 mm long and at least 8 mm around)
- Your neck angle is not too steep (45° or less) and your neck size fits the study’s measurements
- Your case is too difficult for the safer “standard EVAR” option, as confirmed in the screening process
- You can follow all study visits and imaging follow-ups
