Who can take part
- Your cancer type must match one of these groups: certain prostate cancers, NUT midline carcinoma, CMML, or intermediate/high-risk myelofibrosis
- You must have cancer that is relapsed or not responding to prior treatments (exact prior-treatment history depends on the cancer type)
- You generally must be in good general condition (ECOG 0–1) and have disease that doctors can measure
- Your blood, kidney, and liver tests must meet safety thresholds (exact cutoffs depend on your cancer group)
- You must have had a break from recent cancer treatment (about 4 weeks) and be well enough from side effects (to grade 1 or less)
- You must not have certain risks like uncontrolled infection, significant heart rhythm problems (QT too high), or new/progressing brain metastases
