Who can take part
- You are a man age 18 or older with prostate cancer that has spread to other parts of your body
- Your cancer has continued to grow despite hormone-blocking treatments and maintains very low testosterone levels
- Your cancer cells must test positive for PSMA and/or PSCA markers (shown by tumor biopsy or scan)
- You've previously been treated with at least one specific hormone-blocking drug like abiraterone or enzalutamide
- You are in good overall health with normal blood counts, kidney, liver, heart, and lung function
- You have at least one measurable tumor or bone cancer that can be tracked by imaging
