  • You have cirrhosis that doctors classify as Child-Pugh A or B
  • You are between 18 and 75 years old
  • Your BMI is between 18 and 40 at the screening visit
  • If you are female who can become pregnant, you must not be pregnant or nursing and must use very reliable birth control during the study
  • You do not have serious lung, heart, or blood pressure problems or major abnormal heart test results
  • You have not had recent serious liver complications like bleeding, confusion needing hospital care, or severe kidney problems from liver disease
