Who can take part
- You are 18–70 years old
- You have limited-stage small cell lung cancer confirmed by lab tests, and you have not received any prior cancer treatment
- If your stage is IIB–III, your lymph nodes must be checked with EBUS and have no hidden spread
- A thoracic surgeon believes you can get a complete removal (R0 resection) after 4 treatment cycles
- Your general health is strong enough: ECOG 0–1, life expectancy at least 12 weeks, and you have at least one measurable tumor
- Your blood tests and organ function (liver, kidneys, blood counts, clotting) must be within required ranges
