Who can take part
- You are between 18 and 70 years old.
- You have been diagnosed with limited-stage small cell lung cancer (cancer that has not spread far) and have not received any treatment for it yet.
- Two chest surgeons believe that after 4 cycles of the study treatment, surgery can completely remove the tumor.
- You are in good physical condition (able to do light work or fully active) and expected to live at least 12 weeks.
- Your major organs (like liver, kidneys, blood) are working well enough, as shown by blood tests.
- If you can become pregnant, you agree to use highly effective birth control during treatment and for 120 days after, and have a negative pregnancy test before starting.
