Immunotherapy plus chemo before surgery for limited-stage small cell lung cancer

This trial tests whether adding immunotherapy (PD-L1/PD-1 inhibitors) to standard chemotherapy before surgery helps people with limited-stage small cell lung cancer. The goal is to see if the combination shrinks the tumor more effectively than chemotherapy alone.

This Phase 3 trial tests whether adding a drug called adebrelimab (SHR-1316) to standard chemotherapy before treatment leads to more successful surgery and/or radiation for limited-stage small cell lung cancer. It’s for people who have not had any prior cancer treatment and can undergo planned “curative” treatment after 4 cycles.

This trial tests whether a combination of two immunotherapy drugs (toripalimab and JS004) plus chemotherapy can help control relapsed or extensive-stage small cell lung cancer. It is designed for people whose cancer has spread or returned and who are generally healthy enough to receive strong treatment.

This trial tests a combination of immunotherapy (adebrelimab), a targeted therapy (apatinib), and chemotherapy given before surgery for people with limited-stage small cell lung cancer. The goal is to see if this treatment shrinks the tumor enough to make surgery more effective and to study markers that might predict response.
