Who can take part
- You are a woman age 18 to 75 and have advanced breast cancer confirmed by lab testing (tissue or cell samples).
- Your breast cancer has already tried first-line standard treatment and either did not work or there are no effective options left (or you do not want more standard treatment).
- You have at least one tumor spot that can be removed and has not had radiation or other local treatment in the last 28 days, or a tumor spot that can provide enough immune cells for the lab process.
- You have at least one measurable tumor spot on scans that is considered measurable by RECIST rules, and it has not had local treatment in the last 28 days (unless it clearly grew after those treatments).
- You are generally well enough for study treatment: performance status (ECOG) 0–2, expected life span over 3 months, and blood tests/organ function (liver, kidneys, blood clotting) meet minimum thresholds.
