Part of Brain & nervous system, Cancer, Digestive system, Lungs & breathing, Skin clinical trials.

This Phase 1 study tests engineered immune cells (TILs/CAR-TILs) made from your tumor to treat advanced solid cancers that have not responded to standard treatments. It may help your immune system better recognize and attack the cancer, but it is mainly focused on safety and early results.

NCT03778814Recruiting· Phase 1
Personalized T-cell therapy for advanced lung or solid tumors

This Phase 1 study tests a lab-made immune cell treatment made from your own blood cells (T cells) to fight advanced lung cancer or other solid tumors. You may be eligible if your tumor can be biopsied and the lab can successfully prepare T cells that strongly recognize and attack your cancer.

NCT03198052Recruiting· Phase 1
CAR-T cell therapy for cancers with specific protein targets

This Phase 1 study tests CAR-T cells that are engineered to recognize several cancer “markers” (specific proteins) found on some advanced cancers. It may help by directing the patient’s own immune cells to attack cancer, but eligibility depends on matching the required protein markers.

NCT06397963Recruiting
Personalized immune cell therapy for advanced solid tumors

This study tests a new treatment using your body's own immune cells (called tumor-infiltrating lymphocytes) that are taken from your tumor, grown in a lab, and then put back into you. It's for people with advanced solid tumors who have run out of standard options.

NCT07294872Not yet recruiting· Phase 1
TIL therapy for advanced solid tumors

This trial tests a treatment using your own immune cells (TILs) to fight advanced solid tumors. If you have a tumor that can be removed to make the TILs, and you've tried other treatments without success, you may be eligible.

NCT03891706Recruiting· Phase 1
Personalized T-cell therapy for advanced solid tumors

This early-phase study tests personalized immune cells (T cells) made from your own tumor and blood to treat advanced solid cancers. It may help your immune system recognize and attack your tumor, especially if standard treatments no longer work.

NCT06144671Recruiting· Phase 1/Phase 2
Custom immune cell therapy for advanced solid tumors

This study tests a new treatment that uses your own immune cells, called TIL, to fight advanced solid tumors. It may be given alone or with another drug that helps the immune system attack cancer. The goal is to see if this treatment is safe and effective for people who have already tried other treatments.
