- You have a diagnosis of dementia (any stage from mild to severe)
- You are age 60 or older
- You can understand Finnish well (or you speak both Finnish and another language)
- Your health is stable—no major changes to “mood/brain” medicines in the last 3 months
- You can participate in activities and assessments—physically and mentally
- You do not have major hearing or vision problems that would stop you from joining
