  • Be between 45 and 75 years old
  • Have mild to moderate high blood pressure (not very high), even if you take medicine
  • Be able to have a heart tracing test (ECG) that does not show certain heart problems
  • Not be pregnant or nursing
  • Be able and willing to sign a consent form
  • Have no allergy or strong skin reaction to topical products, medical dressings, or tape
