Who can take part

  • You are age 21 or older, and you can do most daily activities (ECOG 0 to 2).
  • Your life expectancy is more than 3 months, and you can take standard treatment that includes temozolomide and radiation when your diagnosis is confirmed.
  • Your brain tumor is high-grade astrocytic glioma proven by pathology, and you’ve already had surgery/biopsy plus temozolomide and radiation.
  • Your tumor has progressed after first treatment, and your doctor thinks it’s appropriate to try another (second-line) systemic therapy.
  • Enough tumor tissue is available to run the lab test (and at least one lab result is available or pending).
  • Your blood counts, liver, kidneys, and swallowing ability are adequate to safely take the study treatment.
