Test drug combination for recurrent brain tumor growth

Who can take part

  • You’re between 18 and 70 years old
  • You have a confirmed glioma in the brain, such as recurrent glioblastoma or lower-grade gliomas
  • Your cancer has returned and is confirmed by biopsy/surgery at least 2 weeks ago or by MRI showing a measurable enhancing tumor area
  • You already had standard radiation plus chemotherapy, and at least 3 months have passed since radiation
  • You can do daily activities fairly well (Karnofsky score 60 or higher) and are likely to live at least 12 weeks
  • Your blood tests and organ tests (liver, kidneys, blood counts) and heart rhythm on ECG meet study limits
