Who can take part

  • You must have a newly diagnosed high-grade glioma (WHO grade 3 or 4) confirmed by biopsy or surgery.
  • You can be between 3 and 39 years old, depending on the type of tumor.
  • You must not have received any prior cancer treatment except surgery.
  • You need to have enough tumor tissue available from your surgery for testing.
  • You must be in good enough health to walk or be in a wheelchair, with a performance score of 50 or higher.
  • Your blood counts and organ function (kidney, liver) must meet certain minimum levels.
