  • You are a healthcare worker and you are older than 18
  • You have records you can share about your COVID-19 infection status
  • You have information you can share about your COVID-19 vaccination status
  • If you previously had COVID-19, the diagnosis must have been confirmed by a PCR test that detected virus (SARS-CoV-2 RNA)
  • You can provide signed consent if the study requires it
