Who can take part
- You have multiple sclerosis (MS) or spinal cord injury (SCI)
- Your overactive bladder symptoms did not work with anti-muscarinic medicines, or you couldn’t take them
- You already get bladder Botox injections that have helped you before
- You manage your bladder with clean intermittent self-catheterization (CISC) only
- Your urine test 8–12 days before Botox shows bacteria (even if you feel okay)
- You do not have a known bladder shape/structure problem that raises the risk of repeat symptomatic UTIs
