Who can take part

  • You are between 13 and 17 years old when you consent to join
  • You have an autism diagnosis confirmed by specific autism testing (like ADI-R/ADOS-2/CARS-2)
  • You have ongoing sleep problems based on sleep questionnaires and at least one sleep tracking method (sleep study or a watch)
  • Your caregiver can reliably bring you to visits, fill out ratings, and interact with you regularly
  • Your medicines have been stable for at least 2 weeks (and Prozac for 4 weeks), with no planned major changes during the study
  • You can do study sleep steps: sleep testing at weeks 4 and 8 and wearing an actigraphy watch for 2 weeks before and during the 8-week study
