Who can take part
- You are older than 50 years old.
- You need cataract surgery in both eyes (bilateral).
- Your cornea has either regular astigmatism above 0.5 diopters (for the toric lens) or 0.5 diopters or less (for the standard lens).
- Your expected astigmatism after surgery should be 0.75 diopters or less.
- Your cornea astigmatism is 4 diopters or less overall.
- Your planned lens power is between 15 and 25 (based on the measurement your surgeon requests), and you can sign consent and attend follow-up exams.
