Who can take part
- Your shoulder has dislocated forward at least two times
- Scans show some bone loss in the shoulder socket (glenoid) and/or upper arm bone (humerus)
- Your average blood sugar is controlled (HbA1c is 7% or less)
- You have not had surgery on the same affected shoulder before
- Your shoulder instability is not multidirectional or posterior (it’s not the other common patterns)
