This Phase 2 study tests ruxolitinib, a targeted medicine, to improve outcomes in T-cell large granular lymphocytic leukemia (T-LGLL). It is for people whose disease is causing symptoms or who have already tried other treatment, with specific blood, infection, and medication requirements.

Who can take part
- You are 18 or older and can swallow pills
- You have T-LGLL confirmed by specific blood cell marker patterns (and usually a clonal T-cell receptor, checked within 1 month of diagnosis or relapse)
- Your T-LGLL is either untreated or you have tried at least one standard treatment and it did not work
- You have been off other T-LGLL treatment for at least 14 days (or 5 “half-lives,” whichever is longer)
- Your blood counts and liver/kidney tests meet limits (for example, platelets stay above 50,000 even after any transfusion)
- You don’t have an active infection needing antibiotics, and you can use birth control if you could become pregnant or father a child
