  • Your lung disease has been getting worse in the last 24 months based on breathing tests, symptoms, or scans
  • Your lung samples show an “inflammatory” pattern (for example, certain immune-cell findings on biopsy or fluid test results)
  • You can take part safely and follow study visits, and you agree in writing
  • You live in France and are covered by French social security
  • You have not already had rituximab for this kind of condition
