Who can take part

  • You have been diagnosed with systemic sclerosis (scleroderma) by a doctor using the 2013 criteria.
  • Your lung disease from scleroderma is either severe, or at high risk of getting worse, or has clearly worsened in the last 6-24 months.
  • You are eligible to start treatment with mycophenolate mofetil (CellCept) for your lung disease.
  • You have not had rituximab or mycophenolate before for this condition.
  • You do not have other significant lung diseases (like asthma, cystic fibrosis, or idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis) or severe heart problems.
