Who can take part
- You have advanced (metastatic) or non-removable non-small cell lung cancer confirmed by tissue biopsy
- Your cancer tests do not show certain gene changes like EGFR, ALK, ROS1, BRAF, or NTRK
- You have not had any prior cancer medicine (chemotherapy, immunotherapy, etc.) for this cancer
- You are generally able to function well (ECOG 0–1: up and about/light activities possible)
- You have Long Covid symptoms at the start of the study and a recent positive COVID test (swab positive within 12 months)
- If you have HIV or hepatitis viruses, they must meet the study’s specific “chronic/resolved” rules (and you must not have active HBV/HCV needing treatment)
